
Belinda Fox, MSc
With extensive global experience in communications and public affairs, Belinda’s commodity is influence. Her primary interests are public health/wellness, substance use and related policy advocacy. She creates strategies and relatable content on complex and often polarizing topics to get attention, change minds and motivate people to act. Often finding breakthroughs that aren’t obvious to others, Belinda's work has been recognized with two international Gold Quill Awards for excellence in communications and numerous national awards. Before launching Outfox Communications Inc., Belinda built and led communications teams for two multinational companies. Prior to those roles, she spent a decade in health care communications and nine years teaching post-secondary public and media relations. Belinda’s academic background includes a Master of Science degree (with distinction), a Bachelor of Arts degree, a two-year Diploma in Public Relations and professional accreditation through the International Association of Business Communicators.
